New role: CFO/COO – Fashion Brand
We’re working with a high-growth SME fashion brand that has built strong momentum through DTC, with a wholesale channel that’s continuing to expand.
The business is now entering its next phase — planning to double in size over the next 2–3 years, grow internationally, and position itself for future investment or exit.
They’re looking for a CFO/COO to take ownership of finance, operations, and stock, and work closely with the founders to support that growth.
This role sits across financial strategy, operational delivery, and DTC performance. You’ll be responsible for forecasting, cashflow, and board reporting, while also leading supply chain, fulfilment, and inventory. Alongside this, you’ll work with the wider team to ensure DTC performance is commercially sound and scalable.
You’ll be expected to build structure where needed, improve visibility across the business, and support decision-making at both a strategic and day-to-day level.
There’s a clear intention to prepare the business for investment or exit, so experience operating in that kind of environment is important.
What matters most:
- Strong experience in DTC and fashion, with a clear understanding of seasonality, stock risk, and cashflow
- A commercial approach to finance, using data to drive decisions rather than just report on them
- Experience in a high-growth consumer business, ideally with exposure to investment or exit
